Terms & Conditions – The Full Court Scholarship

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER – PLEASE READ

The Full Court Scholarship is a limited-time offer provided to one eligible High School program (max 3 coaches). No purchase necessary. No cash equivalent will be awarded. Void where prohibited.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to active youth high school basketball programs serving 13U – 18U athletes (9th through 12th grades).
Entrants must be the Coach, athletic director or an authorized representative, age 18 or older.
Clubs located in New York or Florida are not eligible due to state contest regulations.
Limited to one application per club.

SELECTION PROCESS

Applications must be submitted between September 14 and September 22, 2025.
One club will be awarded the scholarship based on a judged application.
Selection criteria include the quality of responses and the demonstrated financial need of the organization.
If there is a tie, the judging panel will determine the winner at its sole discretion.
The decision of the judging panel is final and not subject to appeal.
The winner will be chosen by September 30th.

SCHOLARSHIP TERMS

The scholarship provides full access for up to 3 coaches in the winning club to:
- A complete season of done-for-you practice plans
- 100+ drills and small-sided games
- Additional premium coaching resources
Access is valid for the 2025–26 season only and must be used no later than October 2026.
After the season ends, all digital materials will be removed from the accounts.
Materials are non-transferable between seasons, clubs, or coaches.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

The club director must provide email addresses for all participating coaches to set up accounts.
Access is digital only and delivered through individual coach accounts.

PUBLICITY & TESTIMONIALS

By accepting the scholarship, the winning club agrees that its name, logo, and likeness may be used in promotional, marketing, and advertising materials without additional compensation.
The athletic director and/or designated coach agree to provide a written and video testimonial and grant permission for these materials to be published across any media channels.

FINAL TERMS

No refunds, partial refunds, substitutions, or swaps of materials.
No cash alternative will be provided.
If you are awarded the scholarship, you will have 3 days to accept it. A new winner will be announced if not accepted within 3 days.
All terms are final.
